1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jilix4 platform — including the website at jilix4.cam, any associated mobile application, or any services provided thereunder — you ("the Player," "you," "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with any additional policies referenced herein, including jilix4's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jilix4 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jilix4 platform and close your account if one has been created.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To create an account and access real-money games on jilix4, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You are accessing jilix4 from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is legally permitted.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of jilix4 or any of its associated entities.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by jilix4, PAGCOR, or any other recognized gaming authority applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.

jilix4 is required by PAGCOR to conduct age verification on all new accounts. This process requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document — such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS card, or UMID. Accounts that fail or do not complete age verification will not be permitted to access real-money features. jilix4 reserves the right to request re-verification at any time.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) jilix4 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of whether different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers are used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during jilix4 account registration, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• A valid and actively monitored email address.
• A valid Philippine mobile number registered in your name.
• Your date of birth.
• Your current residential address in the Philippines.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilix4 login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify jilix4 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jilix4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

jilix4 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Accounts with 2FA enabled receive an additional one-time PIN via registered Philippine mobile number for each login attempt.

3.3 Account Closure

jilix4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it determines, or reasonably suspects, that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulations. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, any balance associated with the account may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

All transactions on jilix4 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). jilix4 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on the platform:

• GCash (instant processing)
• PayMaya / Maya (instant processing)
• BPI Online Banking
• BDO Internet Banking
• Metrobank Online

All payment accounts used for jilix4 deposits must be registered in the same name as the jilix4 account holder. Deposits made from accounts in third-party names may be reversed and the associated jilix4 account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your jilix4 account and are subject to change. jilix4 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which jilix4 bears no responsibility.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on jilix4 are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your jilix4 account must have completed full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance, net of any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. jilix4 may request additional verification if the original deposit method is unavailable.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and are subject to change with notice.
• jilix4 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, which may extend processing times.

Standard processing times are: GCash and PayMaya — same business day for verified accounts; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — one to three business days. VIP-tier players may benefit from expedited processing as detailed in the VIP Program terms. jilix4 is not responsible for delays attributable to payment providers, network outages, or Philippine banking infrastructure.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jilix4 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as the specific terms published with each individual promotion:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They are subject to wagering requirements — a multiplier specifying the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived funds convert to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are specified in the individual promotion's terms.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. jilix4 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds if it determines that a player has registered or is using the platform primarily for the purpose of extracting bonus value (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting"). jilix4's determination in this regard is final.

6.3 Promotional Modifications

jilix4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion prior to modification will be subject to the terms in force at the time of their claim.

7 Gaming Rules

All games available on jilix4 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict, unless the game-specific rules are more restrictive — in which case the more restrictive provision applies.

jilix4 live casino games feature real dealers operating physical equipment streamed in real time. Game outcomes on live dealer tables are determined by physical events (card draws, ball spins, dice rolls) and are not subject to software Random Number Generation. All live dealer studios are independently certified and audited.

Slot games on jilix4 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage and volatility classification are published in the game's information panel. jilix4 does not manipulate RTP settings from the published, certified values.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server disruption, power failure, connectivity loss, or software error — any bets in progress at the time of the malfunction may be voided. jilix4 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from available records but bears no liability for incomplete game rounds resulting from technical failures outside its direct control.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the jilix4 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including false age declarations.
• Creating or operating more than one jilix4 account, whether individually or in coordination with others.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or across the platform generally.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker, live blackjack, or any multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or mathematical loopholes in games — whether or not such exploitation was discovered accidentally.
• Using the jilix4 platform for any money laundering activity or to move funds derived from illegal sources, in violation of Republic Act 9160.
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or using offensive language toward jilix4 staff or other players.
• Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating any other person in connection with your jilix4 account.
• Attempting to access jilix4 systems, databases, or server infrastructure without authorization.

9 Responsible Gaming

jilix4 is committed to the responsible gaming standards required by PAGCOR and to the wellbeing of our players. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity, and jilix4 provides the following tools to help players maintain control over their play:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts via your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when your gaming session reaches a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or time-limited exclusion from jilix4 for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the selected period and processed within 24 hours.

Once a self-exclusion is active on a jilix4 account, the platform will take reasonable technical steps to prevent the excluded player from creating a new account. However, it remains the player's responsibility to refrain from attempting to circumvent an active self-exclusion.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilix4 platform — including but not limited to the jilix4 name, logo, trademarks, website design, software code, graphics, text, game content, promotional materials, and any other creative works — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilix4 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilix4 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works based on any jilix4 content without express prior written authorization from jilix4.

Third-party game content available on jilix4 is licensed from its respective developers and providers. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the originating developer or provider.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilix4 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, the jilix4 platform.
• Loss of winnings or wagers resulting from technical malfunctions, server outages, internet connectivity failures, or events beyond jilix4's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your jilix4 account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delayed GCash or bank transfers.
• Changes to applicable law or regulatory requirements that affect the availability of the jilix4 platform or specific games.

Where jilix4's liability cannot be excluded by law, such liability is limited to the total amount deposited by you on the jilix4 platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

jilix4 collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of the Philippines). By creating a jilix4 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer communications.

jilix4 will not sell your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other regulatory bodies is disclosed only to the extent required by applicable law. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including all applicable PAGCOR regulations and directives. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, or the use of the jilix4 platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first submit any dispute to jilix4 customer support for attempted resolution. jilix4 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through its internal complaint handling process within a reasonable timeframe. If internal resolution is unsuccessful, complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR through the regulatory body's published dispute resolution procedures.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jilix4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilix4 will provide notice to registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the jilix4 platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated therein.

Your continued use of jilix4 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
